Naap Register ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Naap Register mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

To provide cloud backup and sync features, Naap Register collects and stores the following information:

• Business Data You Enter: Shop name, phone number, shop address, customer names, phone numbers, photos, measurement details, order details, and order status. This data is stored locally on your device and synced to Google Firebase Cloud Firestore to enable backup and multi-device access.
• Account Information: If you sign in, we collect your email address or phone number for authentication via Firebase Authentication.
• Device Information: Automatically collected by third-party services like Firebase and AdMob. This includes device model, OS version, IP address, and app interaction data for analytics, crash reporting, and ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide core App functionality: managing customers, orders, and measurements
• To sync your data across devices and create cloud backups via Firebase
• To authenticate your account and prevent unauthorized access
• To display advertisements and keep the App free
• To analyze app crashes and improve performance

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal business data with advertisers or other third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect and process data:

• Google Firebase: Used for Authentication, Cloud Firestore database, Cloud Storage for photos, and Crashlytics. Your business data is stored on Google's secure servers. Read Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: Used to show ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. Read Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Services: Required for core app functionality, Firebase, and AdMob.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

• Storage: Your data is stored locally on your device and synced to Google Firebase servers located globally.
• Security: We use Firebase security rules to ensure only you can access your data. Data is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS).
• Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, all cloud data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Offline Mode: The App can work offline. Data will sync to Firebase once internet is available.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is designed for business owners/tailors.

6. Permissions We Request

• Internet: Required to sync data with Firebase and to load ads.
• Storage: To save and export PDF reports of orders to your device.
• Camera/Gallery: Optional. Only if you choose to add a photo for your shop or customer profile. Photos may be uploaded to Firebase Storage.

We do not request access to contacts, location, microphone, or SMS.

7. Your Data Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access & Edit: You can view, edit, or delete any customer/order at any time in the App.
• Export: You can export your data as PDF from the App.
• Delete Account: You can request full account deletion via the in-app “Contact Us” option. This will delete all your data from Firebase servers.
• Opt-out of Ads Personalization: Visit Google Ad Settings on your device.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the App.
