Naap Register - Delete Account Request

To request deletion of your Naap Register account and all associated data, follow these steps:

How to request deletion:

1. Email us at: support@naapregister.com
2. Use subject line: "Delete My Naap Register Account"
3. Include your registered email or phone number in the email body

What data will be deleted:

• Your account: email/phone, password
• Your shop profile: shop name, address, phone, photo
• All customers: names, phone numbers, photos
• All orders and measurements
• All data stored in Firebase Cloud

Retention period:

All data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of your request. Backups are deleted within 90 days.

Data that may be kept:

We keep no data after deletion. Crash logs and analytics that cannot identify you may be retained by Firebase/Google for up to 90 days as per their policy.

Note: Uninstalling the app does NOT delete your cloud account. You must email us to delete cloud data.
